Bullet Journal Ideas

Bullet Journals are becoming one of my favourite things. I’m in love with writing things down and planning my week, month or year. But when you only just beginning it can be quite difficult to think of things to write down so here are some ideas which might help you begin your Bullet Journal Adventure

Key

The Key is really important starting a bullet journal, it helps remember what those little symbols means and the side of the page. This is only necessary really if you going to making list or writing down task as this can help with making sure you’ve completed the task. Let say you were writing your Christmas list, each item you buy you put a line through it show you have bought that item. You then just put it in your key that a line (through a sentence or word) means completed. Your usually put the key at the start, so you can keep going back to check what something means.

Index

Again a Index is optionally. Its just like an index in a book, it just tells you whats on each page. If you are planning to have a index, you might want to number your pages(which can take a long time), this just helps with writing the actually index. Or you can use different symbols like stars or circles. I would recommend leaving a few pages for you index, depending on the size of your journal.

Daily Log

A daily log, is probably one of the easiest pages to write. You just write down what you want to do that day. Things like tasks,to-do’s, and chores. Another daily log idea is just to put down what you did that day. Kind of like a diary. You don’t have to daily logs, everyday it just help with keeping everything together instead of having loads of list everywhere.

Future Log

A future log is very similar to a daily log, but instead of writing of that day you write down about the year. You don’t have start at the begging of the year you can do this any time. To explain quickly its just a calendar, but smaller.You can include anything from birthdays to weddings to party’s anything that’s happening that year

Monthly Log

You guessed it! A monthly log is the exact same thing as daily and future log just of that month instead.

Online Orders

If your somebody that orders online a lot then this perfect. You just draw a chart or stick one in and just list any orders you have bought or delivery’s that haven’t been delivered yet. Its a great wait of staying up to date with things you’ve bought. Include Website, Product Description, price and date.

Birthdays & Reminders

This is one of my favourites, you simply just write down little reminders like drink more water,go for a run, eat healthy, thing like that. On the same page you could include Birthday reminders of that month or week. And include present lists or things you doing on that day.

TIP- If you have an important page highlight the whole page or little parts to help make it stand out when you flick through the book.
